Sign up for the 2026 Australian Ténéré Rally and you could score a fully supported New Zealand riding adventure on Yamaha’s Ténéré 700.
Yamaha Motor Australia is giving adventure riders an extra reason to lock in their spot at the 2026 Australian Ténéré Rally, with a major prize offering one lucky participant the chance to ride in New Zealand on a fully supported Yamaha event.
Open to all riders who attend the 2026 Australian Ténéré Rally, the competition will see one entrant win a ‘Kiwi Ténéré experience’ at the 2027 Yamaha New Zealand Rally. The five-day Australian rally runs from 17-22 May 2026, taking in the roads and tracks of NSW’s Sapphire Coast.
All riders who have already signed up for the 2026 event are automatically entered into the draw, while new entrants who register on or before 15 May 2026 will also be eligible.
The prize package includes return economy flights to New Zealand with Air New Zealand, a loan MY26 Ténéré 700 for the duration of the event, entry into the 2027 Yamaha New Zealand Rally, and five nights of accommodation. Yamaha says the total prize pool is valued at $3000.
The winner will be drawn at random and announced on the final night of the Australian rally, during the group dinner in Batemans Bay on Friday 22 May 2026.
The 2026 Australian Ténéré Rally is run by Yamaha Motor Australia in partnership with adventure tour specialist RideADV, and is pitched as a five-day riding experience for Ténéré owners looking to explore one of NSW’s best adventure riding regions.
