Just six examples of the black-and-gold limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts will be offered in Australia.
Registrations are now open for the limited-edition Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, with just six individually numbered examples allocated to Australia.
Priced at $16,590 ride away, the Australian allocation will be released through a live online drop at 7pm AEST on 29 July, 2026.
Prospective buyers must register through Royal Enfield between 15 July and 29 July to be eligible to take part in the sale, with the first six successful Australian customers securing the limited-edition motorcycles.
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is based on the production Shotgun 650 and draws inspiration from the one-off Caliber Royale custom motorcycle unveiled at EICMA 2025 and subsequently displayed at Motoverse 2025.

Created in collaboration with Taiwanese custom builder Rough Crafts and its founder, Winston Yeh, the limited-edition model translates the Caliber Royale’s dark, minimalist design and stretched proportions to a production-based motorcycle.
Each bike receives unique gloss and matt paintwork with gold-leaf accents, as well as a cast-brass collaboration badge, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-coloured inner fork tubes.
Every Australian bike will be individually numbered and supplied with a design sketch signed by Yeh.
Royal Enfield says the Shotgun 650’s modular construction and custom-focused design made it a natural platform for the Rough Crafts collaboration.
The production Shotgun 650 is powered by Royal Enfield’s familiar 648cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, although no mechanical changes have been announced for the Rough Crafts edition.
Royal Enfield Head of Custom and Motorsports Adrian John Sellers said the limited edition carries the distinctive design language of the Caliber Royale while retaining the Shotgun’s custom-first philosophy.
“This latest edition carries a distinctive design language inspired by the Caliber Royale custom build – aligning perfectly with Rough Crafts’ signature black-and-gold aesthetic,” Sellers said.
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts will also be offered in other international markets, with limited allocations across India, the wider Asia-Pacific region, Europe and North America.
Australian registrations close on July 29, immediately before the digital drop begins at 7pm AEST. Hit this link to register.
