Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works named CXI Champion in Harley-Davidson’s International Dealer of the Year awards, recognised for customer excellence.
Harley-Davidson has named Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works as the CXI Champion in its inaugural International Dealer of the Year awards, recognising the top-performing dealerships across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America regions.
The new awards celebrate excellence across key areas including motorcycle, parts, accessories and apparel sales, as well as customer service and overall experience. Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works achieved the highest ranking in the CXI (Customer Experience Index) segment for customer recommendation scores – a key measure of loyalty and satisfaction – earning the dealership global recognition for service excellence.
Dealer Principal Blair Freeth said the award reflected his team’s passion for customer care and the support of South Australia’s Harley-Davidson community.

The International Dealer of the Year awards continue a Harley-Davidson tradition that dates back to founder Arthur Davidson, who recognised the vital role of strong dealer networks in the brand’s success.
