MV Agusta has teased the next-generation 2026 Brutale which is set to be revealed at EICMA.
MV Agusta has confirmed the 2026 Brutale naked bike will make its global debut at EICMA 2025, ahead of market arrival in 2026. The launch coincides with the model’s 25th anniversary, marking a new chapter for the bike MV describes as an icon of style, engineering and passion.
The company says the new Brutale is “more powerful, more refined and more thrilling,” reflecting a vision that goes beyond pure performance. Development centred on four themes: pairing performance with design and exclusivity; delivering engineering that translates into riding emotion; retaining the unmistakable Brutale style; and creating a more direct rider connection.
Design is described as evolved and modern yet faithful to the Brutale’s timeless look, with sharper lines and refined proportions. At its core is the 950 three-cylinder platform in new EVO configuration, a “radical evolution” promising increased power and torque, quicker and smoother throttle response, and improved refinement and reliability.
Underneath, a completely redesigned chassis features a new frame and swingarm for greater stability and balance, revised geometry for more precise handling, an optimised rider triangle for control and comfort, and new suspension and braking systems aimed at setting a benchmark for feedback, performance and safety.
MV Agusta says reliability has been a central focus, supported by updated production processes and quality control. Like the rest of the range, the new Brutale will come with a five-year standard warranty.
A next-generation rider interface debuts and is said to be clearer and more intuitive, and there’s an updated MV Ride app acting as a digital hub for configuration and personalisation, while keeping the riding experience front and centre.
MV Agusta CEO Luca Martin said: “In 2001, the Brutale rewrote the rules of the naked category… The new Brutale is more powerful, refined, and thrilling, yet it remains true to its soul.”
The new Brutale will be unveiled on 3 November 2025 and showcased at EICMA in Serie Oro form, with full technical details to follow.
