Royal Enfield has announced the appointment of Manoj Gajarlawar as its new Business Head for the Asia Pacific region.
Royal Enfield’s new Asia Pacific Business Head, Manoj Gajarlawar, will be based at the company’s subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand, where he will oversee business operations across key regional markets including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Japan and Malaysia. He will report to Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Royal Enfield’s Chief Commercial Officer.
In his new role, Gajarlawar will be responsible for driving business growth through a comprehensive regional strategy covering sales, aftersales, marketing, brand and product planning. He will also focus on expanding new business opportunities for the company’s apparel range, genuine motorcycle accessories and related lifestyle products.
Commenting on the appointment, Guleria said Royal Enfield has been “scripting an exceptional growth story” in its international markets, noting that 2025 has already been a landmark year for the brand.

“Crossing the one-million annual sales milestone – our highest ever – is a testament to how far we’ve come,” Guleria said. “The launch of our Thailand assembly plant and a 13 per cent year-on-year growth in the Asia Pacific region reflect our growing presence globally. The brand is now among the top mid-size motorcycle players in markets such as Thailand, Australia, Japan, Malaysia and New Zealand.”
He added that the new leadership appointment underlines Royal Enfield’s strategic intent to sustain this momentum and reinforce its commitment to the region.
Gajarlawar brings more than 17 years of experience within Royal Enfield, having joined the company in 2008. He has previously managed international operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and SAARC regions, as well as the brand’s Spares and REown business divisions.
Royal Enfield says the move aligns with its broader vision of becoming the world leader in the mid-size (250–750cc) motorcycle category by attracting and nurturing global talent.
