Honda’s new Hornet

Honda’s roadster naked, the Hornet, is back in 2023, this time powered by a new 270-degree 755cc parallel twin.

The new CB750 Hornet will offer 90hp and 75Nm while pushing just 190kg of weight around – a great formula for good performance.
Australian Road Rider believes the bike will be priced very competitively, being aimed at Yamaha’s MT-07HO, which is priced at $13,599.

The new Hornet, with its new engine and slightly larger capacity, is expected to come in at under $15,000, although Honda isn’t expected to announce pricing until the bikes are close to arriving in the second quarter of 2023.
Powered by a short-stroke engine with an offset firing order of 270 degrees, the new bike leans heavily on Honda’s Unicam technology in the head while a gear-driven balancer shaft is there to smooth out the vibes.
