Full Throttle: Epic Motorcycle Party Set to Ignite Sydney Streets
Aussie motorcycling enthusiasts will get to see epic custom-designed and vintage bikes from iconic motorcycle brand Royal Enfield at the highly anticipated Throttle Roll, a street party celebration of motorcycle culture, in Marrickville on Monday 2 October.

On display at the Royal Enfield zone, will be the thoroughbred cruiser Super Meteor 650, the modern classic Interceptor 650 and the roadster Hunter 350. Custom bikes including Mark Hawwa’s Continental GT 650, an evolution of the Continental GT 250 – the original Royal Enfield British café racer will be there for everyone to see. Royal Enfield is turning back the clock by also featuring a British Green Clipper from the 1950’s. MotoMAX’s custom Royal Enfield Continental GT with its strip backed brushed tins paired with beautiful Italian leather and Mid Life Cycle’s ‘Sabre’, a custom salt racer based on the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Twin will also be featured.

“We’re thrilled to be sponsor of Throttle Roll and celebrate Aussie custom bike culture. As the oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield is rich in history & legacy and we’re excited to share some of that history during this unique street event. Our motorcycles are evocative and a pure canvas for customization. Australia & New Zealand has some of the most exciting Custom builds based on various Royal Enfield motorcycles across the global markets the brand caters to.” says Anuj Dua, Business Head for Asia Pacific Markets.

After a brief hiatus, Throttle Roll promises to be bigger, louder, and wilder than ever before with the streets of Marrickville set to roar to life as thousands of motorcycle lovers and pleasure-seekers gather for a day of unparalleled fun and festivities.

This isn’t your typical motorcycle event with the industrial streets of Marrickville set to come alive with artist and brand displays, epic custom and vintage motorcycle displays, live bands and food trucks and drinks aplenty.

Headline bands include Papa Pilko & The Binrats, XOLO (formally the Frankie’s World Famous House Band), Howlin Alvarez & Drey Rollan, The Stripp, Smitty & B Goode, Zed Charles and DJ sets throughout the day from Pat Stevenson.

Close out the long weekend surrounded by good vibes and rock and roll, all while revelling in the fun-loving culture of custom and vintage bikes. Throttle Roll is on from 11am to 7pm on Monday 2 October at Saywell Street in Marrickville. Tickets start at $35.
