Registrations are now open for the 2026 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, with Triumph unveiling a unique DGR Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer as this year’s headline prize.
Triumph Motorcycles has marked the opening of registrations for the 2026 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) by unveiling a one-off DGR Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer DGR Edition, set to be awarded as this year’s headline Gentlefolk Prize.
The global charity ride returns on Sunday 17 May 2026, bringing together riders around the world to raise funds for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research through Movember. In 2025, the DGR attracted 127,000 riders across 1038 rides in 108 countries, raising $7.6 million USD.
As the official motorcycle partner of the DGR since 2014, Triumph continues its support of the event with a unique prize bike that celebrates 15 years of the ride. The custom Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer features a bespoke Harris Tweed seat, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides, along with a dedicated ‘15 Years of Dapper’ anniversary graphic, number board and certificate of authenticity.
Unlike previous years, the 2026 Gentlefolk Prize will be awarded via a random draw, giving all eligible participants an equal chance to win. To enter, riders must register at gentlemansride.com and unlock four profile badges: completing their rider profile, making a personal donation, contributing to another rider via the ‘Pay It Forward’ badge, and raising at least USD$250.
In addition to the one-off prize bike, Triumph will also award new modern classic motorcycles to the top three fundraisers globally, providing further incentive for participants to support the cause.
Riders can also choose to join Team Triumph when registering, linking up with a global community of modern classic enthusiasts and gaining access to exclusive prize draws while contributing to Movember’s programmes.
The one-off Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer DGR Edition is based on Triumph’s modern classic platform and features clip-on handlebars, a single-seat configuration and a distinctive British racing-inspired colour scheme. It’s powered by Triumph’s 1200cc Bonneville parallel-twin engine, producing a claimed 105PS and 112Nm, and is equipped with premium running gear including fully adjustable Marzocchi forks, Öhlins rear suspension and Brembo Stylema brakes.
Registrations for the 2026 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride are now open.
