New CFMOTO 250CL-C cruiser on sale now from $7490 ride away.
The new models are coming thick and fast from CFMOTO – the latest CFMOTO 250CL-C cruiser is aimed at bringing timeless design and an accessible riding experience to a new generation of motorcyclists.
The CFMOTO 250CL-C is said to exude “classic British cruiser charm” and it sits beneath the 450CL-C both in terms of size and price.
CFMOTO says the 250CL-C offers a blend of old-school cruiser styling and modern detail with a sculpted water-drop style fuel tank featuring a polished-to-a-mirror finish with nano-pigment colour treatments and a dual gloss clear coat.
Highlights include a classic round LED headlight, integrated LED tail/brake lights, a machined polished fuel cap, and a three-inch round instrument cluster blending analogue and LCD displays.
Powered by a 249cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine, the 250CL-C delivers a claimed 18.5kW at 9800rpm and 20.5Nm at 7000rpm.
The 250CL-C tips the scales at 165kg wet and a low 690mm seat height combines with a relaxed riding triangle for ease of use. It runs a telescopic front fork and twin rear shocks, with wide 16-inch cruiser tyres. The addition of a Gates belt drive is claimed to offer smoother and quieter operation compared to a chain drive setup, reducing maintenance and enhancing riding comfort.
The 250CL-C comes standard with dual-channel ABS and traction control (TCS) for confidence and security in diverse road conditions – features rarely seen in the entry-level cruiser category.
“The 250CL-C is all about creating a welcoming and stylish gateway into the world of motorcycling,” said Matt Reilly, General Manager – Sales and Marketing, CFMOTO Australia. “It delivers the classic cruiser experience – lightweight, manageable, and full of character – at an accessible price point, making it the perfect choice for riders starting their journey.”
The CFMOTO 250CL-C is available now in Teal Green for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $7490 ride away.
