Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT honoured with prestigious Red Dot Award for Product Design
Suzuki has announced that the GSX-8T and GSX-8TT street motorcycles have been recognised with the prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design 2026. This marks a historic milestone for the company, as it is the first time a Suzuki product has received this internationally acclaimed honour.
The Red Dot Design Award, established in 1955, is one of the world’s most respected design competitions. Entries are rigorously evaluated based on nine comprehensive criteria, including innovation, functionality, ergonomics, durability, ecological compatibility, and emotional content.
The jury recognised the GSX-8T and GSX-8TT for their masterful balance of heritage and innovation, specifically noting the “precise transfer of classic visual features into a clearly structured, modern aesthetic.”
