Whites Powersports has announced it will acquire Pro Accessories brands.
Whites Powersports Australia Pty Ltd has entered a strategic agreement to acquire key assets of Pro Accessories Australia, in a deal which includes iconic brands such as Avon Tyres, KOVIX Security, NitroMousse, Tubliss, Rocky Creek Designs, BOLT Hardware and ACE Bikes.
“We are excited to announce the acquisition of several distribution rights from Pro Accessories,” said Kyne Larkin, CEO of Whites Powersports.
“Pro Accessories have a long and reputable history servicing the Australian motorcycle market. They have built strong partnerships with industry leading brands and are known to provide excellent customer service, all attributes that align perfectly with Whites Powersports.
“When the opportunity arose to discuss purchasing the distribution rights from Pro, the timing was right and we were ready to talk.
“After talking with Greg, his team and the brands, we felt confident we’d be the right fit to continue on their good work and push the brands to new heights in the Australian market,” continued Larkin.
Greg Parker, General Manager of Pro Accessories said, “Whites Powersports have grown very quickly in the past 10 years within the Australian market, when we were considering options for selling they stood out as a company who would amplify our historical efforts and bring additional scale to the brands we’ve worked hard to build over the years.”
Whites Powersports will be officially representing the brands listed from 1 July 2025, with popular products shipping from their Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth locations. Until that date all sales enquiries are to be handled by Pro Accessories Pty Ltd.
